Account & Personal Data Deletion
At MoorTaalim, you have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Send us an email from the address associated with your MoorTaalim account.
- Clearly state that you want to delete your account and all personal data.
- Email us at: jalnixstudio@gmail.com
- We will process your request within 7 working days.
Data That Will Be Deleted
- Experience level (XP)
- Gold and Gems
- School type (SchoolType)
- Completed courses
- Avatar and purchased skins
- Firebase authentication data associated with the account
Data That May Be Retained
Some anonymous technical information (such as anonymized logs) may be kept for legal or security purposes.
This data cannot be used to identify any user.
Children & Parents
Parents or legal guardians may request deletion of a child's account and data by contacting us using the same procedure above.
Azira Account Deletion
If you have an Azira account, you can delete it directly from within the app — no need to contact support.

How to Delete Your Azira Account
You can permanently delete your Azira account at any time by following these steps inside the app:
- Open the Azira app on your device.
- Go to Settings (usually accessible from your profile or the menu icon).
- Scroll down to the Account section.
- Tap "Delete My Account".
- Confirm your choice when prompted — this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Data That Will Be Deleted
- Your Azira profile and personal information
- All progress, history, and activity data
- Authentication credentials linked to your account
- Any preferences or settings stored under your account
